Estimates/Quotes are valid for a period of 14 days from the date it is produced and presented, after which the estimate/quote may still stand however, materials costings may need to be refreshed.

By agreeing to your provided estimates from our team, you allow us to take video and audio footage whilst conducting works. These are for our records of work completed and may be used for our social media.

Waste Removal:

 

We will remove any packaging materials brought to site by ourselves, we will also tidy the area of work. Due to commercial waste disposal fees any further removal of waste must be quoted for. 

 

Payment Terms:

 

Payment for materials is due on the issue of an invoice for such when they have been purchased for your project. Payment for Labour is due on the issue of an invoice which may be reflective of the full Labour, or a part payment for a percentage of the Labour cost inkeeping with works undertaken judged by ourselves. Payment is due within 48 hours of issue of the invoice, unless agreed otherwise by ourselves in writing. 

 

Payment Methods:

 

Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash. A PayLink for card payment can be issued however, this is subject to a merchant charge by our bank and is subject to the acceptance of your card by our bank. A confirmation payment may be required to ensure your card is accepted by our merchant. If payments are not accepted via card by our merchant (bank) or your card provider the terms of payment still exist and must be paid using our other accepted methods of bank transfer or cash. Payments that extend outside of our 48 hour payment terms may be subject to an interest charge at our discretion. Payments made via card are subject to proof of idenity in the form of photgraphic identification and any such card must be registered in the UK.
